ABOUT

Toronto based painter Diana Rogers has been honing her skills in acrylic still life paintings for the past several years. After completing her art and design studies at Durham College and spending a short time at NSCAD University, she has been pursuing a course of self-study in acrylic painting.

Diana’s creative process involves working from life or her photographs, slowly building layers of glazed acrylic colour. Diana’s work can be recognized by her minimalist style.

In her current series, she draws from personal  influences while exploring themes of nostalgia. Diana’s work has been shown in group shows in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
